Our heritage is deep in performance-based digital marketing. New Engen is seeking an energetic service-oriented leader to steer our Client Strategy Team (CST) towards greater growth and impact for our customers, partners and employees. CST acts as a hub between our Media, Creative and Sales & Marketing teams, coordinating and curating services, strategies, and value props into compelling sales and marketing stories that lead to better marketing outcomes, new clients and new revenue. This includes communicating complex strategies and insights that are easily digestible for decision makers and influencers within a brand’s organization.
How you’ll make a difference
Leadership. The CST Director’s primary role is to coach, mentor, grow and inspire a team of CST associates with a variety of subject matter expertise, while balancing competing priorities and partnering with multiple senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Media, Creative and Insights & Strategy. The CST Director is a key contributor to determining New Engen’s vision to drive short and long-term client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Sales Strategy. This is a Sales & Marketing focused role and the Client Strategy Director will act as a player coach engaging with our most strategic clients and prospects while building and leading the team in the following activities…
Agency Marketing & Content. Your secondary role as the Client Strategy Director is to lead the team in translating New Engen’s strategy and expertise into broader POV’s and narratives. This includes developing content for our blog, industry publications, social media and email, in order to support engagement with existing customers and prospects from the top to the bottom of our funnel.
Media Services Collaboration. For the high value opportunities that require additional strategy support, the Client Strategy Director will also lead the team in collaborating with Media and Creative teams providing the highest quality presentations & strategy materials for our active clients and partners. This type of support is based on specific business needs and is reserved for our most valuable clients.
