New Engen is driven by data, and the Analytics team provides the systems and insights that make that happen. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst who is obsessed with using data insights to drive success.   • Embed with stakeholder teams to deeply understand their business and customer needs.
  • Wow our clients and sales prospects with deep insights into how we can drive stronger business outcomes over time.
  • Streamline access to data and insights.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis for pre-sales and up-sell support to enterprise customers.
  • Adapt tactics to the needs of the business in order to deliver superior results.
  • Support and mentor stakeholder team members with best practices and robust analytical approaches.



  • 2-5 years of marketing analytics experience, with a focus on paid advertising and campaign analysis across multiple digital channels.
  • Excel wizardry.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Strong quantitative analytical abilities.
  • BS in a quantitative discipline; MS a plus.
  • We are especially interested in talking with you if you have experience with statistical analysis and/or Tableau.
  • Consulting experience or client management experience is also a plus.
