Does the idea of building a groundbreaking, next generation AI marketing platform used by name brand companies sound exciting? New Engen is looking for a Software Engineering Project Manager with demonstrated experience. Our team and software services are growing rapidly, and this role will partner with our Engineering managers to help our engineers efficiently and consistently deliver functionality. Our Project Manager will run our sprints, coordinate across teams, provide metrics and analysis, and help with longer term planning.

· You are highly organized and can drive multiple projects at once


  · At least 4 years of professional experience in project management

· Ability to manage projects, sprints and hours across multiple teams

· Ability to collaborate with Product and Development Managers

· Ability to prioritize, sequence and balance workloads

· Ability to run daily standups to get status from team members

· Experience creating timelines and tracking progress via workflow tools

· Ability to drive the team towards their commitments and mitigate risks

· Ability to ask questions and dig in to find the root of the problem

· Ability to ensure team members are clear on their priorities and current assignments

· Ability to identify risks and help managers resolve them

· Ability to analyze and report on data related to team and individual contributor performance

· You are Scrum Master certified

· You are a Jira and/or Excel power user 

· You have marketing and/or advertising agency experience
